Whereas,theCityengagedtheservicesoftheConsultantunderAgreementCAGͲ21Ͳ133,dated May14,2021,toprovidenecessaryservicesfortheLegalServices(referredtohereinasthe “Agreement”); Whereas,thePartieswishtoamendtheAgreementtochangethecompensation. NOWTHEREFORE,itismutuallyagreeduponthatCAGͲ21Ͳ133isamendedasfollows: 1.Compensation:Section4,Compensation,isamendedsothatthemaximumamountof compensationpayabletoConsultantisincreasedby$30,000from$90,000to$120,000, plusanyapplicablestateandlocalsalestaxes.Theadditionalcompensationshallbepaid baseduponWorkactuallyperformedaccordingtotherate(s)oramountsspecifiedin ExhibitAoftheAgreement. 2.AlltermsoftheAgreementnotexplicitlymodifiedhereinshallremaininfullforceand effectandsuchtermsshallapplytoWorkperformedaccordingtothisAmendmentasif fullysetforthherein.
