APPICATION FOR VARIANCE
We would like to set forth some reasons in conjunction with our
application regarding variance process as follows:
• The applicant, as a restaurant owner, suffers practical diffuculties
of market itself in an decent manner because of special
circumstance . Other than that justification, the subject property
does not pose hazard for the area within the boundaries of tenable
commerical concerns .
• In addition, there are some other businesses which possess several
types of signage in the vicinity. Under such circumstances, it leads
the subject property to feel outsider thereabouts. Then, we do not
have any other option such as an alternative wall or platform in
relation to use for the signage.
• The granting of the variance will not be materially detrimental to
the public or the zone. Besides, the approval will not cons titute a
special privilege to the subject property in the vicinity. As a
concrete indication of our intention, the size and material of the
sign were redesingned and reduced.
We kindly submit our documentation in consideration of our
acceptable reasons above in hopes of complying with the decision
criteria.
