This contract for prof sional services for the engagement described below is made this May 27,
2022 between the Ci of Renton and Cherry Cherry Entertainment.

4.Honorarium amo nt:$1,890 Confirm check is payable to Cherry Cherry Entertainment
5.Arbitration of Clai s: All claims and disputes which may arise between the City of Renton and
Cherry Cherry Ent rtainment regarding the application or interpretation of any of the terms or
conditions of this ontract, including any disputes between the parties as to their respective
obligation and res onsibilities hereunder, shall be referred exclusively to binding arbitration in King
County, before th American Arbitration Association and subject to its' rules, or, by agreement to
some other arbitr ion service such as JAMS or WAMS, and subject to that entities' arbitration
rules.
6.The City of Rento shall at all times have complete supervision, direction and control over the
services provided or this engagement and expressly reserves the right to control the manner,
means and detail of the performance of services by the Service Provider as well as mode m
which the service hall be accomplished.
7.Additional Provisi ns:
a.Cherry Ch rry Entertainment, their agents or assigns, agree to hold harmless the City of
Renton fro any and all claims from any person which may arise due to any act or
omission w ether or not intentional, by said Cherry Cherry Entertainment or anyone acting
on their be alf.
b.In the even legal action is commenced to enforce any provision of this contract:
1.The la of the State of Washington shall apply; and
2.The pre ailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees as well as costs of
litigatio .
This contract, consist ng of two pages, contains the entirety of the agreement between the parties.
No further agreemen have been made between the parties.
