Addendum A
Site Plan(s) To Be Provided By Customer
Southport West, LLC has engaged Puget Sound Energy (PSE) to engineer and design the installation of a new
switching station on the customer owned property located at 1095 Lake Washington Blvd N Renton, WA
98056. This installation would remove the PSE owned and operated open air switchgear currently located on
the property known as Shuffleton Switching Station. In addition to the installation, relocation of PSE owned
transmission overhead (OH) lines and structures (ST) is required to accommodate the new station. Please
refer below for a detailed statement of work:
Purchase of land to expand the roadway adjacent to exsisting station. Exhibit A
Priority 1: Relocate Boeing #1 downstream of substation. Exhibit B
Priority 2: Remove inactive line, pole, and guy wires for central line that dead ends in site. Exhibit B
Priority 3: Relocate Talbot loop that enters and exits the site without connecting to the existing switch.

Priority 4: Installation of new feeds in prep for crossover to new switch. Upstream side of Boeing #1
and Lakeside/President Park transmission lines. Exhibit B
o Additional notes:
Boeing will be impacted by this SOW and coordination must be established.
As lines are relocated, modifications to existing easements as required to match revised
installation requirements.
