DBA NATIONAL EVENT PROS PROVIDING SCREEN AND SOUND SYSTEM Between City of Renton and National Event Pros This Entertainment Agreement, which is a contract for professional services for the engagement described below, dated July 11, 2022, is made by and between the City of Renton and National Event Pros. 1.Name of Professional Service Provider: 71 Productions, Inc., dba National Event Pros, an S Corporation (hereinafter “Provider”) Professional Service: City of Renton Summer Movie Series 2.Scope of Engagement: National Event Pros to provide inflatable movie screen, sound system, and staff to set-up, operate and breakdown, for a series of five movie-in-the-park events. (hereinafter “Engagement”) Optional: Additional details regarding Engagement: NA. If additional information is attached, check here: ☒ Please describe attachment (e.g., “Exhibit A” or “Attachment 1,” etc.): Exhibit A is the summary of charges from National Event Pros for the five movie-in-the-park events. 3.Location of Engagement: Five locations: 7/22/22 Liberty Park; 8/5/22 Kennydale Lions Park; 8/12/22 Tiffany Park; 8/13/22 Piazza Park; and 8/26 Thomas Teasdale Park, Renton, Washington 4.Date(s) of Engagement: July 22, 2022; August 5, 2022; August 12, 2022; August 13, 2022; and August 26, 2022 Venues: Liberty Park; Kennydale Lions Park; Tiffany Park; Piazza Park; and Thomas Teasdale Park Performance time(s): Each movie will start at dusk. 5.Total compensation to Provider by City of Renton: $ 11,085.00 Check should be made payable to: National Event Pros Check should be sent to the following address: PO Box 6177, Kent, WA 98064 Note: If Provider is a new vendor to City of Renton, a City of Renton Vendor Setup Form must be completed and received by the City of Renton before payment can issue. 6.City of Renton will make payment as follows: Fifty percent on August 15, 2022, and remaining balance due on August 30, 2022, if this Entertainment Agreement has been fully executed; if a completed Vendor Set-Up Form is on file with the City and was received by the City at least 30 days prior to such date; and if Provider provides Engagement in compliance with this Entertainment Agreement. Otherwise, the City of Renton will issue payment within 30 days after receipt of the fully executed Entertainment Agreement and the completed Vendor Set-Up Form and if Provider provides Engagement in compliance with this Entertainment Agreement. 7.Insurance: [Instructions to City staff: For Risk Management determination only:] X Evidence of liability insurance coverage, with the City of Renton named as an Additional Insured, is required. Evidence of liability insurance coverage is waived by Risk Management and is not required.
