BETWEEN PSR MECHANICAL (PUGET SOUND REFRIGERATON) AND
THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
This amendment is entered into between the City of Renton (City) and PSR Mechanical (aka Puget Sound
Refrigeration) and amends and attaches to and is part of the existing Agreement entered into previously
between the parties on August 14, 2013, (Reference: CAG # 13 -161).
The parties agree to the following amendments:
Item 3. Time of Performance:
The Time of Performance for the Agreement (CAG-13-161), shall be extended to cover
July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
Item 5. Contract Sum:
The total annual amount of the contract shall be $11,177.36 (annually), which
includes Washington State Sales Tax.
In all other respects, the Scope of Services, Changes in Scope of Services, Method of Payment, Prevailing
Wages, Warranty, Independent Contractor, Discrimination Prohibited, Assignment and Subcontract, Record
Keeping and Reporting, Hold Harmless, Termination, Renton Business License, Insurance and Exhibits to
A9reements of both parties shall remain the same as agreed to in the Puget Sound Refrigeration Mechanical
contract.
This Agreement is entered into as of the day and year written below.
